The in-process inspection activities that are carried
out regularly are as per the in-process Quality Plan.
Finished products are inspected as per relevant Finished
Product Quality Plan. Finished products are finally released
after it surpasses all the quality and approval tests.
A vendor evaluation and selection is carried out as per
stringent quality, product, manufacturing, service and
delivery parameters to ensure the highest quality raw
materials that are used. There is a regular validation
of process, test methods, water and environment, as well
as periodic calibration of all instruments, to guarantee
product output of consistent top quality.
All the pharmaceutical formulations are manufactured in
a modern manufacturing unit where an independent quality
control department and R & D unit are maintained.
The manufacturing unit includes manufacturing facilities
of tablets, capsules, liquids, dry syrups (dry powder),
Ointment and Creams.
Arubhi offer a range of surgical instruments in which
quality matters so much as any medical condition requires
a special set of surgical medical instruments. Some instruments
may be common others are specialized, for a specific purpose.
The disposable, single use instruments are most preferred
as they offer best quality edges and hygiene. |
